Mike Horgan Named Chartered State Association President of the Year

Mike Horgan, president of the Wisconsin Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (WBFAA), was recently named the Chartered State Association President of the Year during the 2005 NBFAA conference in New York City. His leadership and commitment to the association were determining factors in the decision. Horgan was chosen by a selection committee that evaluated the nominees based on set criteria.

“Mike is the kind of leader who makes the NBFAA and our industry look good. For his hard work and dedication to Wisconsin and the industry as a whole, we are proud to present Mike Horgan with the award for CSA President of the Year,” said NBFAA Past President Cecil Hogan.

Horgan is the third-generation owner of Horgan Sales and Service, Inc. in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The company provides electronic protection systems and solutions including security alarms, fire alarms, camera surveillance, and card access—for industrial, commercial and residential applications. The WBFAA is a trade association dedicated to representing, promoting, and supporting the electronic life safety, security, and systems industry in Wisconsin.
