Horgan Staff Members Receive WBFAA Awards

Greg Slamka of Horgan Sales and Service was named Technician of the Year at a May 18, 2006 meeting of the Wisconsin Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (WBFAA).

Greg was nominated for his outstanding technical expertise and customer service as a Senior Technician for Horgans. He is also an Instructor for the WBFAA. The Awards Committee established criteria for the award that included performance, technical training and certifications, length of service, committee participation and special contributions to the Association or alarm industry.

At the same ceremony, Jane Whitt, General Manager of Horgan Sales and Service, was awarded the President’s Award for outstanding professionalism and leadership.

Horgan Sales and Service, Inc, has been protecting homes and businesses in Wisconsin since 1959. They offer full-service electronic security providing stand-alone and integrated systems that include intrusion, fire, access control and video system applications.
